Find the best fitness gifts for women – all under $50 – that are available for the 2017 holiday season!
I posted a pretty thorough gift guide for runners and triathletes the other day, but I don’t want to ignore all the ladies out there that prefer the gym, yoga, or group fitness. Find some of the best fitness gifts for all those ladies on your list in this roundup!

Best Fitness Gifts for Women Under $50 – 2017 Edition!
1. Donut Yoga Mat from Dat Mat
DONUTS. On your mat. What could be better than that?! The mat makes a perfect gift option for any yogi and clocks in right at our $50 price point. If you’ve got some extra money in your budget, you’ll definitely want to check out the donut leggings as well (currently on sale for $55)!
2. Chocolate Sea Salt RX Bars (sold on Amazon)
Any fitness or wellness enthusiast who frequently gets hangry will appreciate these! They are whole food protein bars – rather than a powder, the protein comes from egg whites and nuts. Chocolate sea salt is by far my favorite flavor, but you can certainly check out the other options too.
3. Dry Shampoo & Shower Wipes (sold on Amazon)
This is a two part gift. Any of you ever do a workout and find that you didn’t have quite enough time to shower after before your next activity of the day? Shower wipes and dry shampoo are life savers. I’m partial to Living Proof Dry Shampoo but some of the cheaper drugstore brands can work well too. For shower wipes, I’m a fan of Shower Pill wipes. {You probably want to be pretty good friends with the person you’re giving these too – you know, so they know you’re not insinuating that they stink 😉 }
4. Socks for a Cause from Sock Problems
Know a fit lady that loves fun socks – and who is also passionate about charitable causes? This gift is for her. Sock Problems produces several different sock designs in support of issues like breast cancer, autism, climate change, and racism. You can gift her socks – and the knowledge that 25-50% of proceeds support her cause. I’m a fan of the “One Love” design, dedicated towards eliminating racism.
5. Fun Fitness Tees and Tanks from Walmart
Yes, you heard me right – Walmart. If you’re on a budget, you can score some super fun t-shirts and tank tops at Walmart for just $6-9 normal price. I grabbed each of these three on clearance last month for $3 bucks each!
6. Dumbbell Earrings from the VectorCoastUK Etsy Shop
How fun are these?! If you know a lady in your life that loves hitting the weight room, these earrings would make an adorable gift. Plus, they’re on sale for only $3 and change, and even with shipping from the UK, you’re looking at $7-$8 total to purchase.
7. Fitlosophy Fitdesk 365-Day Perpetual Calendar (sold on Amazon)
I think most of us could use a little extra motivation each day – and this calendar will give you that each morning! It’s a combination of motivational quotes, fitness tips, and healthy recipes in a perpetual calendar format that can be used multiple times.
8. FILA Sprinter Duffel Bag from Kohl’s
I own this gym bag and love the mixture of affordability, attractive design, and functionality. It’s a great size – not too big, not too small – and can be found at Kohl’s. This week, it happens to be on sale for $19.99!
9. Simply Strong Baseball Cap from Kohl’s
Lately I’ve been diggin’ baseball hats. When my hair was a bit longer, I loved rocking a side braid with a cute hat. You can find quite a few fun options from Kohl’s, including this “simply strong” hat (regularly $22, on sale right now for $11). I also snagged a “#SLAY” hat at the store on clearance this week for only $6, but I think that’s a YMMV kinda find. They’re perfect for hiding messy hair after a workout.
10. Silicone Wedding Rings (sold on Amazon)
If you’re married to a fitness lover, these may come in handy. Many women (and men) don’t like to wear their wedding rings at the gym, while swimming, during a hike, etc. These silicone rings can make a great substitute – you still show off your married status while keeping your real rings in a safe spot. And at under 10 bucks for a set of 4, this makes a great inexpensive gift or stocking stuffer for your wife (or husband)!
11. NOW Foods Protein Powder
I’m admittedly not a huge supplement person, but I do recognize the value of quite a few for women who are active. If you know your gift recipient struggles with getting enough protein in their day (particularly relevant for those women who might be doing heavy weight lifting or intense endurance exercise), then a protein powder may be a welcome gift. NOW Foods offers a variety of plant-based and animal-based options.
