PinSmart: A Pinterest Course for Bloggers

a lemon and some vines with a text overlay about a pinterest course for bloggers

Are you ready to propel your success with Pinterest?!

If so, it’s time to join PinSmart – a step by step Pinterest course to create a strategy that will maximize traffic to your website.  The course will help all bloggers bloggers, but gives examples that are specifically helpful for those in the food, fitness, nutrition, and wellness niches. Learn about keywording, growth strategy, promoted pins, analytics, and more.  It is designed to propel beginner and intermediate-level Pinterest users to success (and ultimately more profits).

PinSmart

After surveying some fellow bloggers about their use of Pinterest, I started hearing a lot of the same sentiments:

— “I use Pinterest for fun, but don’t really understand how to use it to grow my blog/business.”

— “How do you know what to pin and how often to pin?”

— “Is there a strategy without literally LIVING on Pinterest”

Pinterest can dramatically increase your blog traffic and business profits if used correctly (it is my largest source of blog traffic, driving about half of my total views!) – and you don’t have to live on there constantly or have a boatload of followers to make it happen. 😉

In fact, all these pins below took off before I had even 500 Pinterest followers – this is results from years back…

Pinterest Course Examples

And still going strong today!

The Pinterest course will cover all of the following:

–Revisiting basic set up with tips for optimizing your profile, board names, and account type

–How to grow your following – but why you can still be really successful with a low follower count (hint – Pinterest isn’t really social media, it’s a search engine!)

–The nitty gritty of using Pinterest to drive traffic back to your blog

–Tips for creating pin-able images – photography and stock image tips, sizing recommendations, and (free) programs you can use to create your pins

–How to use keywords in your pin descriptions to drive traffic to your website

–Growing even more through seasonality, trends, and crowdsourcing

–Tips for understanding your analytics, so you know what’s doing well and how to recreate that success over and over

–Prioritizing the most important pieces so that you’re not spending ALL.DAY.LONG on there

How is this Pinterest course structured?  How long will it take me to complete?

This is a self-paced course with both video and text-based learning materials.  You will also receive access to a private facebook group where you can ask for more personalized input with periodic facebook lives for Q&A.

The course currently consists of 7 modules:

  • Module 1:  Introduction to Pinterest & Your Goals
  • Module 2:  Back to Basics:  Account Set Up, Confirming Website, Profile Optimization, & Rich Pins
  • Module 3:  Intro to Pins and Boards
  • Module 4:  Pinterest Keywording (aka How to Drive Traffic to Your Site!)
  • Module 5:  Creating Pin Friendly Images
  • Module 6:  Pinterest Growth Strategy
  • Module 7:  Analytics 101
  • Module 8:  Promoted Pins 101
  • Module 9:  Account Problems (addressing spam filters and suspensions)

The first and last modules are pretty quick, but I recommend allocating about a week for each module in between.  However, you may move faster or slower than that pace.

Who is this Pinterest course for?

This course is relevant for all bloggers – though many of the examples are specific to bloggers in the food, nutrition, fitness, and wellness spaces.

This is the right fit if you would consider yourself a beginner or intermediate user when it comes to Pinterest for your business.  {Advanced users, this probably isn’t a fit – although I think there are tips & tricks that everyone would benefit from learning!}

This course is specifically geared towards content creators – those with their own blogs or recipe sites (or who wish to have these!) – OR those who run these aspects for a brand. If you do not currently do any content creation or content marketing (and do not plan to do that in the future), then this course is probably not for you.

Is there anything else I should know about PinSmart?

Why, yes there is!  Here are 3 other key pieces of info about course access, the affiliate program, and a money back guarantee.

–> Lifetime Access

You’ll have lifetime access to the course and Facebook group (for as long as the course shall run).  That means you’ll have access to any updates on the content if Pinterest changes their algorithm or modifies their platform, or if I discover more pathways to success to share.  And you can always ask me questions in the group!

–> Affiliate Program (you can make money too!)

If you walk away thinking “This course rocks!  I want to share it with everyone!” – 1) Thank you in advance, and 2) You can join my affiliate program!  I offer a 50% commission on every sale that comes through your affiliate link.  More details on this will be provided for those who enroll.

–> 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not seeing results, I want to make it right.  Simply show me that you’ve done the work and used the strategies in this course, and if you are not seeing any increase in your Pinterest metrics I will happily refund your money.

Who the heck is this Chrissy person?

Hello, you fabulous entrepreneur!  I’m Chrissy, a dietitian and USAT Level I Certified Triathlon coach.  I was lucky to become successful with Pinterest early in my blogging journey, which skyrocketed my page views from an “ughhhh” level to “respectable blogger” level. 😉  This helped increase my ad revenue, increase my book sales, and has provided me with many opportunities for sponsored content.

Let’s get going, my friends!  Purchase the PinSmart course now for just $97.
