This week’s meal plan focuses on what I tell my clients – include a mix of “new” and “tried and true” recipes. I’ve got easy go-to recipes like stir fry and pasta with meat sauce, but some more creative new recipes like coconut shrimp curry and buffalo chicken stuffed sweet potatoes.
