Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana, frozen
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup spinach (or kale, or other leafy green of your choice)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
