This tasty homemade crockpot granola is a delicious breakfast treat!  Made with just 7 simple ingredients, it's easy to whip up anytime.

  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup oil of choice (I've used both canola and coconut oil for this)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional - use if you prefer a sweeter granola)
  • 3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries


  1. Combine all ingredients except dried cranberries in the crockpot. Leave the lid slightly ajar to allow moisture to escape so granola gets crisp.
  2. Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours, stirring every 15-30 minutes.
  3. When granola is done cooking, stir in cranberries and then transfer to airtight jars or containers. Let sit - it will crisp up a bit while cooling! Enjoy. ?
