This healthy strawberry milkshake is delectable enough for dessert, but nutritious enough that you can even eat it for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Swell ice cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup milk (1% or whatever you prefer)
  • 1-2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a blender. Turn the blender on for about 15-20 seconds, or until all ingredients are well combined. Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Notes:

If using fresh strawberries, 1-2 ice cubes will help give the shake a better texture. If you are using frozen strawberries, you can skip the ice cubes.
