Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown rice syrup (or honey or maple syrup; sweetener optional depending on workout- see notes)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined. Pour into a sports drink bottle over ice. Enjoy!
