Ingredients
5cupsrolled oats
2/3cupoil of choice(I've used both canola and coconut oil for this)
1/2cuphoney
1/4cupbrown sugar(optional - use if you prefer a sweeter granola)
3/4cuproughly chopped walnuts
1tspcinnamon
1cupdried cranberries
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except dried cranberries in the crockpot. Leave the lid slightly ajar to allow moisture to escape so granola gets crisp.
Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours, stirring every 15-30 minutes.
When granola is done cooking, stir in cranberries and then transfer to airtight jars or containers. Let sit - it will crisp up a bit while cooling! Enjoy. ?
