Ingredients
3/4cuppineapple, chopped
3/4cuptart cherry juice
1cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt*
1 1/2tbsppure maple syrup(or honey)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Turn on and blend until well combined, about 15-30 seconds.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freezer for at least 3 hours, preferably longer.
