Ingredients
1medium acorn squash
2tspolive oil
1tbspbrown sugar
1/2tspcinnamon
1/8tspground cloves
2tbspchopped pecans(optional)
Instructions
Cut acorn squash in half lengthwise and spread olive oil on flesh side.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and (optional) pecans together. Sprinkle on the squash.
Place the halves cut side up in the fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
