  • 6 cups raw kale, roughly chopped (any hard stalks removed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning (or 3 tsp if you want more ranch flavor)


  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and ranch seasoning. Pour onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until the kale is crisp. Enjoy!
