Ingredients
1packageGreen Giant Zucchini Veggie Spirals
1/2tbspbutter
1/2tbspflour(if gluten free, use rice flour)
2tbspmilk
2tbspgreek yogurt
1/4cupshredded cheddar
1 1/2tbspshredded parmesan
1/2tspspicy mustard
1/4tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Place Green Giant Zucchini Veggie Spirals on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 6-7 minutes according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in flour to form a roux.
Reduce heat to low and stir in milk, greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
Open package of zucchini noodles and drain water from package. Add zucchini noodles to cheese mixture in your pot and toss a few times until everything is well combined. Enjoy!

Notes:The cheese sauce mixture will be thick before adding the zucchini noodles. This is normal.
