Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 5.3 oz container Siggi's vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (feel free to use some frozen ones in the winter when fresh are not in season)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Cook pancakes on a griddle or in a large pan.  Enjoy!
