1medium overripe banana, mashed
1large egg
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
2tablespoonsolive oil
½tspvanilla extract
½cupKodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes flapjack and waffle mix
1tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a mini loaf pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, egg, maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
Add the Kodiak Cakes mix and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Pour the batter in the mini loaf pan. Bake on the center rack at 350 degrees F for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until a toothpick pulls clean from the center of the loaf. Let cool in the pan and enjoy!
