Here’s what you’ll receive with 1-1 run coaching:
✅Initial athlete assessment and consultation via Zoom.
✅Customized training plan in Final Surge (app or website), provided in 4-week blocks towards goal/race. This can and will be modified for real time adjustments based on training data.
✅Ability to ask questions and get feedback on workouts directly in the Final Surge App.
✅Ability for you to make small adjustments to workouts based on your scheduling needs right in Final Surge.
✅Unlimited email support for answers to any questions about training or sports nutrition. (Please note: nutrition information will not be focused on weight loss.)
✅Pre-race Zoom call to talk through any concerns.
✅If desired, two additional Zoom calls per month as needed to discuss questions or concerns (scheduled at mutually agreeable times)

Hi there, I’m Coach Chrissy.
I never quite felt like I fit in the fitness world. For the longest time, I struggled, bombarded by societal norms dictating what fitness should look like.
Then I discovered the joy of running.
Running wasn’t about conforming to a specific body shape or adhering to someone else’s idea of wellness. Running is about your own personal fitness journey; discovering your own resilience and power.
This passion fueled me to become an RRCA Running Coach and USAT Level I Short Course Triathlon Coach. And since then, I’ve helped many women and men cross the finish line of their races!
Why Purchase 1-1 Coaching? Can’t I Use a Free Plan?
It can feel a little overwhelming to train for something new or to try to achieve a certain race goal. Sometimes, a free training plan is all you need (and in fact, I have a bunch of training plans right here on my site).

What is the difference between 1-1 coaching and the Snacking in Sneakers Run Club?
Both programs are very useful but vary based on the level of individual customization and support.
The Run Club offers a library of training plans and group coaching calls. Members are able to choose one of these plans to apply to their calendar in Final Surge. They can also ask training or sports nutrition questions on twice-monthly group coaching calls. The Club does not include fully customized plans, email support, or individual coaching calls.
Individual coaching, on the other hand, features fully customized training plans towards your exact race and time goals. It also features unlimited email support from Coach Chrissy, along with twice-monthly individual zoom meetings if needed. As a coached athlete, you are automatically a part of the Run Club, also giving you access to the group coaching calls.
Your choice between the two really depends on the level of support that you need. Essentially, individual run coaching is what you want if you’re ready to start training with the highest level of accountability and customization, getting exactly what you need to cross the finish line.
Here are some common questions that come up about individual 1-1 run coaching:
Yes! Coach Chrissy welcomes all fitness levels, and is especially passionate about helping beginner runners achieve their goals. Having a coach in your corner will help you avoid many of the running mistakes people make at the start of their journey.
Final Surge is the coaching platform that we use to deliver training plans and track your progress. It is available to use via the app or website – whichever you prefer. There is no extra charge for you to use this.
At this time, Coach Chrissy is not working with youth athletes under the age of 18.
You can cancel your membership at any time. No refunds are provided for past payments. For example, if you made a monthly payment on February 1st and decide to cancel on February 15th, you will not receive a refund for the rest of the month – however you will continue to have access to the club and training plans until the next billing cycle on March 1st when your membership ends.
