    Work With Me

Below you will find a list of services that I offer.

    One on One Run Coaching

I offer 1-1 run coaching for runners and triathletes. I work with athletes of varying levels, however focus mainly on beginners or those attempting to try a new race distance. I do not currently work with athletes with extremely competitive time goals (i.e. Olympic trials) or with youth athletes.

    Group Sports Nutrition Workshops/Seminars

Does your group or team need a little guidance on how to properly fuel before, during, and after exercise?  I can help!  I offer customized sports nutrition workshops and seminars for high school teams, university and college teams, and independent groups – like your local running club or triathlon team.
