Runners, cyclists, and triathletes – is it time for you to get some help with your sports nutrition plan?
Ask yourself…
- Do you feel confused about what you should be eating before a big race?
- Have you started to get serious about training, but you’ve just been “winging it” for your nutrition plan?
- Do you struggle with what – and how much – you should take in during exercise?
- Are you worried about having to rush to the Porta Potty mid-race?
- Are you concerned that your weight might be hindering performance?
- Do you need some guidance on nutrition for better muscular recovery?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, consider virtual nutrition coaching with yours truly – a qualified sports nutritionist.

Take a look at what one of my recent clients had to say…
“I really appreciate you taking the time to do such a thorough analysis. I found it very informative and helpful. I made it a point to keep replenishing my glycogen levels every 30 min. on my long run this past Sunday and it worked! I did not get fatigued and felt great. I’m happy to say I now have a nutrition plan for the race that I feel good about. Thanks again for your help and for putting together such a great program.” -Melissa A

If you enjoy tracking your food intake, I can also give you specific recommendations for calories, carbohydrate, protein, and fat to follow.
{A quick note on weight…Please note that the focus of these programs is on sports nutrition for optimal performance. We can certainly discuss weight loss as part of a greater sports nutrition plan, but the primary focus in my programs is optimal sports performance.}
