Looking for a refreshing frozen treat this summer? These 3 ingredient strawberry peach popsicles are a healthy snack for both adults and kids alike!
My husband and I went peach picking recently at a cute little farm in Rhode Island called Harmony Farms. It’s kind of an off-the-beaten-path type place, and it was quiet and lovely when we went. While I like the bigger, family-friendly farms too, this was a nice, low-key place for an afternoon with my hubby.
Needless to say, we’ve had an abundance of peaches to use in various ways – peach shortcake, peach oatmeal, peach smoothies – and now, peaches (along with strawberries) in popsicles. Yum!
[Tweet “These strawberry peach popsicles are made with just 3 ingredients and no added sugar!”]It really bothers me that most popsicles in the store either contain no actual fruit, or contain some fruit along with added sugar and processed ingredients. I just looked up some info on one common brand, and you can see the ingredients listed below. The orange popsicle contains no actual fruit, and the cherry and grape pops contain less than 1% fruit juice. Less than 1%!
Making your own popsicles is easy. You can freeze just about any smoothie recipe into a popsicle. I decided to combine the peaches I had with some strawberries that were already in my freezer, and I used milk as the liquid base for blending. That’s it, 3 ingredients in these strawberry peach popsicles. Pop it in a blender and freeze the mixture in popsicle molds.

Easy peasy, no-added sugar, all-natural, and delicious. I hope you’ll give ’em a try!
