Looking for a refreshing frozen treat this summer?  These 3 ingredient strawberry peach popsicles are the recipe you need to try. Made with fresh strawberries, fresh peaches, and a little oat milk (or whatever milk you have on hand) – these are so simple yet super flavorful. These are great for kiddos who are home from school for the summer, or for grown adults who just love a good frozen treat (raises hand).

I love this recipe since it’s an easy nutritious swap for store-bought ice pops. No hate to those – they can be delicious! – but many are made with very little actual fruit. By making ’em yourself at home, you can get far more nutrients into these frozen treats, and they still taste great.

    Ingredients & Instructions

Here’s what you need to make these:

    Strawberries, peaches, and oat milk.

You want your peaches and strawberries to be ripe. When I make these, I always think of “you want ’em real thick and juicy” from “Baby Got Back”, haha – the juicier the fruit, the better the flavor and texture of the popsicles!

Once you’ve got your ingredients, just blend ’em in a blender cup, then pour into your popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds yet, you can find a good BPA-free plastic set on Amazon for just around $10-15, or you can invest in a stainless steel set for a bit more. More Healthy Summertime Treats

If you’re looking for more healthy and delicious summer treats, try one of these tasty recipes:

    • Chocolate peanut butter protein ice pops – These are awesome for adults and kids; they’re very fudgy and delicious – plus offer 9 grams of protein each.
    • Peach crisp ice pops – These have oat milk powder and cinnamon added to them and I swear, they taste just like a peach crisp in frozen dessert form!
    • Healthy peach blueberry crisp – A lower added sugar recipe that’s a great way to use up fresh peaches.
    • Watermelon almond butter sherbet – Stick with me, because it sounds weird combining watermelon and nut butter – but it’s delish. (Fun fact: it’s also my dog’s favorite treat, but she’ll eat anything so I know that’s not saying much 😉 )
    • Air fryer caramelized peaches – This recipe really highlights just how amazing fresh summer peaches are!

I hope you enjoy these peach strawberry popsicles – if you get a chance to try ’em, drop a recipe rating or comment below!

    Ingredients

    Ingredients

    • 2 large peaches, peeled and roughly chopped (the juicier, the better!)
    • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
    • ¼ cup oat milk (or any milk you have on hand)

    Instructions

    Directions:

    • Combine all ingredients in a blender cup and process until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours, or overnight, until fully frozen. Enjoy!

    Notes

    • If your peaches are on the smaller side, you may only get 4-5 popsicles instead of 6.
    • If your popsicles are stuck in the molds, just run the mold under warm water for 15-30 seconds. They’ll be much easier to pop out.
