Did you know that Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest food day for Americans?! That’s right, according to the USDA, Super Bowl Sunday ranks second in food consumption only to Thanksgiving Day.
Tomorrow I’m going to be featuring a huge round-up post of healthy Super Bowl recipes. It’ll have modified versions of your favorites, like dips and wings, that provide more nutrients and/or less calories than the traditional recipes.
But in the meantime, you can also plan to account for some of your favorite indulgences with a little movement during the game. You’ll be sure to get in a good workout during the game, giving you some flexibility to have some of your favorite treats, guilt free.
