    Clock Out Knock Out Boot Camp Workout!

    Modified: Sep 7, 2015 by Chrissy Carroll · 19 Comments

    I started teaching a new boot camp this week at one of my corporate sites, and I must say – I’m having a blast.  I love boot camps because each workout is different and you never know what drills, games, or activities the instructor has in store.

    One of the workouts I used last week was a modified version of this workout from Boot Camp Ideas.  Speaking of which – if you are a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or if you just want some new ideas for your own workouts – that site is awesome.  There are so many fun workouts!  Definitely check it out.  {No affiliation, just an awesome resource.}

    So I took the workout listed on the boot camp ideas website and then modified the choice of exercises for several of the stations to create the workout below.  I added some resistance band exercises because I like the variety the band gives, but other than a band you don’t need any other equipment.

    Think of this workout like a clock.  You know there are 12 hours shown on a clock and 60 minutes in each hour.  Except in the Clock Out Knock Out workout version, there are 12 exercises and you have to do 60 repetitions of each before you can move to the next!  Your goal is to try to get through all 12 stations.

    Start with a 5 minute warm up of your choice (light jogging, jumping jacks, etc) and then complete this for an awesome workout.

      Oh this is perfect…it’s way too hot to be outside, so I can do this inside {preferably under a ceiling fan with the AC on full blast}! Pinned to try later this week!

      This looks like a fun workout to me!! I tend to shy away from bootcamp-style workouts, but even this one looks like so much fun even *I* may have to jump in! 😉

      Nice workout! I have not been to the gym in so long bc I have been mararthon training but that’s not good. I really need to do some core and leg work in these last 3 weeks I have.
