    Watermelon Bingo Challenge!

    Want to have some fun this summer?! This month, I’m teaming up with my pals at the National Watermelon Promotion Board to bring you a fun Watermelon Summer Bingo Game. (Sponsored by Watermelon!)

    Here’s how it works:

    👉 Download your bingo packet.

    A watermelon bingo board.

    ✅Complete a row, column, or diagonal. (Or the whole board if you’re an overachiever – you do you!).

    🎁 Email me your completed bingo card (or tell me which activities you completed) by 8/31/25, and you can choose any one of my digital printables as a prize! These include…

    Now, let’s talk about why watermelon is a nutrition hero! Here’s what you’re getting in each juicy bite:

    • 🍉 Vitamin C – A serving provides 25% of your daily needs, key for a healthy immune system and healthy skin.
    • 🍉 L-Citrulline (286-1266 mg per 2-cup serving) – This amino acid may support healthy blood flow and exercise recovery, though more research is needed.
