    Peach Crisp Ice Pops

These peach ice pops are going to be your new favorite summer dessert. They take everything you love about peach crisp – think juicy peaches, warming cinnamon, and the cozy oat topping – and transform it into a frozen treat. The secret ingredient to making these? Oat milk powder! It pulls double duty, giving these ice pops that classic crisp topping flavor while also helping provide a creamier texture.

I’ve been loving these as a post-workout treat and I think you will too! 😊 Also great for kiddos this summer, offering a wholesome option that’s more nutritious than many store-bought varieties.

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by NOW®.  As always, all opinions are my own.

    Ingredients & Instructions

You only need five simple ingredients (plus water) to make this recipe.

Peaches, oat milk powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and water.

    Some helpful ingredient tips:

    • Peaches – Go for peaches that are ripe and juicy, as these will make the best flavored ice pops.
    • Oat milk powder – This is such an awesome ingredient to have on hand in your pantry – not just for these ice pops but for lots of culinary applications. You can use it to make hot chocolate mix, blend it into smoothies, or added to oatmeal to make it extra creamy. I use NOW® Organic Oat Milk Powder.
    • Maple syrup – I use just a spoonful of NOW’s dark maple syrup in this recipe to enhance that peach crisp flavor (and I love the dark version because it has a richer flavor than the lighter versions). That said, you can skip the maple syrup if you’d prefer a no-added-sugar version!

If you want to grab the oat milk powder and maple syrup above, you can get 20% off your order at nowfoods.com (on those products and anything else you want to stock up on!) using code CHRISSY through the end of 2026.

Once you’ve got all your ingredients on hand, just blend ‘em up in a blender cup, pour into popsicle molds, and freeze!

    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • Easy to make with just a handful of ingredients
    • Portion-controlled treat that can fit in any meal plan
    • Provides fitness-fueling carbohydrates to support your workout goals
    • Just 2 grams of added sugar per ice pop and this can be cut to zero if desired by leaving out the sweetener)
    • Great for kids and adults!
